Italy and Sicily

We finally visited my grandfather's home country of Sicily.  What a wonderful visit.  During the first week of our visit, we stayed in Rome (Roma) and visited Florence (Firenze) Tivoli and other surrounding areas around Rome.  During this part of the visit we saw the Vatican, Pope Paul II, his summer home and the Sistine chapel as well as several churches.  It seemed that there were churches on every corner.

The second half of the week we droved  to Sicily (Sicilia, pronounced See chee lia).  What a trip.
